What Data Will Be Deleted

When you submit a verified data deletion request, we will permanently delete:

• Your account credentials (name, email address, phone number).
• Your user profile information.
• Your personal task history and completion records.
• Your messages sent through the team messaging feature.
• Any other personally identifiable information directly associated with your account.

What May Be Retained

Some data may be retained after your deletion request for legal or operational reasons:

• Anonymised records: Aggregate, non-identifiable operational data (e.g., task counts, scheduling statistics) that cannot be linked back to you.
• Financial records: Wage and payment records that we are required to retain by applicable tax and accounting laws (typically 6–7 years depending on jurisdiction).
• Legal obligations: Any data we are required to retain by law, court order, or regulatory requirement.

How to Submit a Request

You can submit your data deletion request using one of the following methods:

You can also send a data deletion request directly by email to privacy@jensagroup.cloud with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include:

• The full name associated with your account.
• The email address registered with your account.
• Your user role (Admin, Mini Admin, Cleaner, Maintenance Worker).
• A brief description of what data you would like deleted.

You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. Deletion will be completed within 30 days.
